Wellness and Technology

Exercising , good nutrition and the desire to a healthier state enables me to maintain good mental, and physical shape. I believe that we are all unique human beings, no one is the same. Therefore, I think a customized recipe for my physique would best serve me to reach my goal to a healthier me.





Pilates, running, stretching etc. are great tools to assist people meet their goals. But this does not work for me. I much rather have a steady diet plan and do a lot of walking, since I can not run because of foot surgery.



I found out through the food chart that I need to improve on my daily intake. My meals are not balanced.
